If your order is cancelled, you will be notified and any payment made will be fully refunded.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to addresses within Vietnam and selected international destinations. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Florava Decor Store is not responsible for delays caused by customs, natural disasters, or courier issues beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.

6. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for return. Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
